Quest for the Authentic Self
Communication is one of three components of Quest for the Authentic Self programme.
It can either stand on its own or integrate with the other two components ( Physical or Mental ).
Communication helps individuals, couples and groups to gain tools, techniques and skills to help them achieve their desired outcomes. This is not reserved for private objectives, corporate ones are supported too! Most of the work you would engage in will stimulate your right brain first and your then left brain to apply logical understanding to the experience. These are very powerful techniques that will make profound and permanent behavioural changes, at a deep level in the body's memory.
Contact Patrick by E-mail Patrick@nonde.freeserve.co.uk or complete the feedback form to arrange an appointment. He will introduce you to the Quest for the Authentic Self programme and how it can meet your needs and fulfil your aspirations.

What is it? We invite you to take the time to notice how "things" happen to you in cycles or repeating patterns in your life. Are these helpful, supportive or limiting you in some form or the other. Is money always flowing away, are you experiencing difficulties in your relationship? Well how about freeing you from their constraints.
In either a group, one-to-one, in the privacy of your home via telephone, experience the changes using repatterning. It can be a one off session of 1hour or a series depending on the number of issues you have identified. In any case you control the pace and the degree you want to be helped with.
How long?
1 or more sessions dependent on the issues to be explored.
How much? From £60 per person per 1 hour session.

What is it? An age old resource. Through movement one takes action. Dance in it's simplest form is the extension of movement. Dance cross-culturally has been the source of many and various ways of symbolising the next step in people or community life. The native Indians and many others would dance to lift their spirit for a grand occasion.
How long? about an hour a week. Find your own movements and expand the possibilities of self-expression. Feel comfortable in your body and rejoy your mind. Discover the freedom of movement in a professional dance studio. With a facilitator use dance and movement as a metaphor for your work or your personal life. NO EXPERIENCE required! Take a time out and just be into your body and out of your head.
How much? £10 per person per session.
Under construction: Have a look at the following site and or order some selected CDs from Gabriel Roth.

How do you go about it: The way it feels!

Stone, Wood and A Collaboration with Nature are some brilliant books with illustrations to outdoor art.

What is it?
By working with a drum we work on our own ability as well as being conscious of the group's overall effect. For countless generations, sound and music have been used as a powerful tool for healing; an effective means of communication and a way of lifting our spirits.
Find your unique rhythm and hear how it blends and unites with the group to become so much more powerful. Maximising group potential through invigorating exercises, both physical and mental, working together, preparing to work as one, with music, as a dynamic team.
Group drumming is a metaphor for any group of people; guiding individuals of a group to co-operate with each other, working with interlocking and interdependent rhythms with positive effect!
How long?
Either a half day or day module
How much?
From £50 per person per session. Depends on the group size and location.

What is it? This is a range of activities to help you get off the treadmill and regain inner strength and vitality. It doesn't mean you have to sweat! Here you can enjoy an hour to an hour and half session where your body will be the centre of attention. It can take various forms Reiki, Reflexology, Yoga, Movement Shiatsu to name but a few. What they all have in common is allowing your body to release tensions held over years or even days of work. Do you find yourself at the end of the week exhausted, tense then body work is one for you! By allowing the physical body to relax you will allow your emotional and mental activity to become more balanced and gain greater clarity.
The sessions are private sessions and you may want to experience all of the above or may prefer to go deeper into one of the above discipline. Corporate joining programmes are available.
There are too many books on the subject but here is one on Reiki we find particularly helpful, from beginner to Master levels. Click here to order on-line Reiki: The Healing Touch.

What is it? All of us have this little inner voice that helps us look at positive imaginative ways. Re-discover your sense of wonder like a child and discover how much more exciting life is. In the space of innocence and knowing we can connect ourselves with the power we have.
Ask yourself I wonder if ..... ? What came up? This is the beauty of it. All we have to do is ask.
I wonder who will be contacting us having read this? Let us know!
Either in a one-on-one or group session, gain the clarity you need with a facilitator.

What is it? Using your voice - you know the one you use everyday, experiment with sound. Re-claim your sound to express your true potential. After our first ever in breath in the world we make a sound. This sound is our unique expression. We all know the importance of tone. The same word said with an "angry" tone will be harsh to the receiver whereas if, included in a caring sentence it will be become more palatable.
Drama.
What is it?
This isn't about performing a Broadway play or Shakespeare in a top Theatre (this could come should you choose too). Do you remember a time when you use to dress up as a child or, who were you pretending to be - a sea Captain, the first astronaut, a queen or a king of the Egyptians or.... Well you were practising Drama! Indeed drama is about taking on a role.
These roles can be fictitious or real. As adults taking up a role allows us to reclaim parts of ourselves we have disowned and also express more of the qualities we have, leadership, fun, creativity, artist, passion, spontaneity to name but a few. Which one do you feel you want support with? Then through either a one-on-one or group setting you can enhance your existing qualities. All this in a safe space to practice and get comfortable with your new abilities. Again NO EXPERIENCE needed you have all you need.
An organisation wishing to have their employees experience and explore difficult issues this is an ideal tool for facilitating change where roles are played in order to produce results. We provide a bridge between training and actual work performance and enable a unique and safe learning environment to gain insights into the impact they make on issues such as leadership, teamwork and diversity.
