What is it?

Leadership enables people at various stages in their career to evaluate their situation from different and empowering perspectives.  Using profiling tools to identify strengths and natural abilities you develop a new understanding and clarity and improve your contribution to an organisation.

Leadership is necessary in any group.  Groups may have a single leader who is capable of performing several leadership roles, or multiple leaders who appear to handle different leadership functions.  Some group members may choose not to lead but will align with identified Leaders.

What all leader have in common is that others recognise the value of their contribution and choose to follow them.
