What is it?
One on one is like a private lesson. You and your aspirations are the centre of focus. There are no other goals than your own(s). Just like when a tennis coach is with his coachee. It is about refining, sharing, developing new strategies that will overcome the present limitation. This can be a one off two hour session or can be an on-going programme of personal development. This will bring up issues to the front and with their awareness you can break through them.
Why one on one. In our experience it is the most useful starting point of any personal development work. Indeed it established and makes us aware of our own unique make up. It also focuses the areas of coaching one might want to look into. Finally, because it is centred on YOU, the pace of change is optimum for you.

When three or more people engage together we call this group work. The sum value of the group can be much larger that its individual parts. Equally it can be far worse. If you truly want a team to work then we'll help you achieve your objectives. This has probably the most visible impact in society and companies alike. Why? Simply because of the sheer numbers involved compared with the previous two. However this is only possible when personal issues and self awareness has taken place. Team building and leadership is definitely on the cards here but so is work around corporate mission or vision. Remember it only takes three to do group work so don't wait for the group to reach enormous size to start consciously working at this level.
